After the start, 20 km of flat course across Val di Fiemme. 

San Lugano > Aldino fork
From San Lugano pass, 7 km of downhill. 

Salita di Aldino - Monte S. Pietro
After the fork, the first uphill starts. 9 km long, the first 4 very steep with climb of 10%. Drink station. 

Monte San Pietro > Passo Lavazè fork
After a 3 km long downhill, the course passes through Nova Ponente with a 4 km uphill. Then a dangerous downhill of 3 km. 

Passo Lavazè
To get to the pass, the course can be divided into two sections: the first one with an average climb over 12%, the second one more smooth but various. Food station. 

Passo Lavazè > Tesero
This downhill must be faced with attention and caution especially the first 2 km and those across the villages of Stava and Tesero.
In the central part, there is 1 km of undulating terrain followed by hairpin bends. 


Tesero > Moena
The villages of Val di Fiemme are crossed till the finish of the short course, exactly where the start is settled.
The long course goes on till Moena, door of Val di Fassa, on a light but constant uphill 9 km long.
Turning right the San Pellegrino uphill starts. 


Passo S.Pellegrino
11 km uphill with maximum climb of 14% in the central part. After that, long and straight roads with undulating terrain. Food station.

Passo San Pellegrino > Passo Valles fork
This downhill must be faced with attention and care because of many hairpin bends with gradient 18%.

Passo Valles
Last uphill 7 km long. The first part is quite hard followed by some hairpin bends, while the last is more linear and easier. Last food station. 

Passo Valles > Predazzo
After the pass, the course goes down to Paneveggio with an alternation of no-sight curves and straight roads.
From Paneveggio to Bellamonte 7 km of light downhill, passing near the Forte Buso lake.
From Bellamonte to the village of Predazzo the downhill starts with 4 hairpin bends and a series of dangerous curves.
In the village 2 km are left to get to the finish in the jumping hill stadium.
